There are two of us. You talk to the person doing the work.
The team in the sales call is the team doing the work. No account manager in between, no juniors, no "we will get back to you".
Both of us have spent more than five years building measurement infrastructure and running ad accounts in ecommerce, travel and lead generation. We do not work with more than three clients at a time, because doing this properly takes time.
Why we do this
Working agency side for years, we saw the same scene over and over: the client raises the ad budget, the agency report says everything is fine, and the company bank account shows nothing to match it.
The cause was almost always the same. Not campaign management, measurement. Conversions were counted twice. The consent banner silently cut half the data. The agency that built the dataLayer had left six months earlier and documented nothing. The data Google Ads optimised against was wrong from the start, and the algorithm was working perfectly on wrong data.
Nobody checked this, because tracking was not something being sold. It was something assumed to be set up.
That is where we start. We run campaigns too, but we do not optimise a single unit of budget before looking at what you are measuring.
How we work
What we do not do
- Budget optimisation on an account whose setup we have not seen
- Vanity metric reporting: likes, reach, impressions
- Result guarantees. Anyone promising "5x ROAS in 3 months" is betting on luck, not data
- More than 3 clients at a time
- Sending your data to third party tools without telling you
Let us be direct
We are new. We have no Google Partner badge and no 40 logos in a reference list. We have two clients and everything we did with them, and we wrote both up on this site in detail.
We do not expect you to trust a badge. Instead we offer this: inspect this site’s own tracking setup. Our GTM container, our Consent Mode v2 implementation and our dataLayer structure are open. See how we apply on our own site the thing we sell.
Then read our case studies. We also wrote down what we got wrong and what we would do differently.
Read the case studiesFrequently asked questions
Because we worked deeply with both and published the detail of both. On a reference page with 40 logos you cannot tell how many are still active, who did the work, or what the result was. We have two case studies, and in both you can see what was broken, how we fixed it and where the numbers came from.
Partner status requires a spend threshold and certifications. It does not measure the quality of the work. For a newly founded agency, not having that threshold is expected. Instead we offer something you can check: look at this site’s own tracking setup and read the steps in the case studies. When the status arrives we will say so, and not before.
Both of us have access to every account and the setup is documented, so continuity does not live in one person’s memory. This is also one reason we take no more than three clients at a time: so nothing slips when the load rises.
Accounts are opened in your name and we take access as users. Ownership stays with you and you can revoke access at any time. We do not pass your data to third party tools without telling you; whatever goes where is written in the audit report.
Yes. This is the most common arrangement: campaign management stays with the existing agency and the measurement setup sits with us. In that case the audit report is written openly for both sides, because the goal is not to decide who is right but to make visible which data the campaign is optimising against.
The result of a measurement setup is visible immediately: the day conversions start flowing, the number in the report lines up with real sales. On the advertising side there is an algorithm learning period, and that varies with conversion volume. We do not promise a specific timeframe, because any timeframe given without seeing the account is a guess.
You get a written audit report: a 12 point technical review of your Google Ads and GA4 account, within 48 hours. The report says what works, what does not, and in which order to fix it. If you pass, the report stays yours, with no commitment. The call comes after the report and is optional.
Because the work is divided differently. There is no account manager in between, you talk to the person doing the work, and we take no more than three clients at a time. That comes out cheaper on some jobs and more expensive on others: the price is given after the audit, based on the state of the account, not from a package list.
