What data we collect

Data comes from two sources: what you enter yourself when you fill in the form, and the technical information measurement tools record as you browse the site.

• Name, email address, website address, chosen service and message text, all given voluntarily in the form
• Page address, referral source, device type, browser and approximate region
• What you do on the site: which buttons were clicked, at which step of the form you stopped

Why we collect it

Form data is used only to answer your audit request and deliver the service. Technical data is needed to see which parts of the site work and to measure what the ad spend returns.

Advertising and measurement cookies are written only after you give consent. No measurement script loads before you answer. If you choose "Reject", only a cookieless signal goes out through Consent Mode v2 and not a single Google cookie is written to your browser; this is not a button put there for appearances.

Who we share it with

We do not sell data. The services below are used to run the site, and each receives only the information its own job requires.

• Google (GA4 and Google Ads): measurement and advertising. Without consent, a cookieless signal is sent.
• Cloudflare: site delivery, storage of form submissions and cookieless visitor statistics. Form data is written to our own database, not to a third party service.

Retention period

Form data is kept for at most 24 months after the enquiry is answered, then deleted. Analytics data follows the retention period set at GA4 account level. If you want it deleted sooner, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, and request its deletion. You can withdraw your consent at any time: changing your choice in the cookie notice is enough.
